FINDING A PROPERTY TO BUY
Whether you’re looking for a family home, city pad or a buy-to-let property, I can support you with finding that ideal property. My in-depth knowledge of the local property market and extensive network of contacts will help you to source and secure your perfect property. I work with a partnering company who will help with the negotiation and will manage the purchase process with you through to completion.
A typical Home Finding Buying Package
1. Meet you – we will have a detailed needs analysis meeting, in person or via zoom/phone, to really understanding your requirements – your commute, price, type of property, wants, dislikes etc. I can also advise on local London areas, market conditions and pricing. From this, I will put together a detailed brief which will form the basis of your property search.
2. Property Research - Once the criteria has been agreed, using my local knowledge and network of contacts, I will then research the most suitable properties available. I will also try to obtain properties to view that are not yet advertised on the open market.
3.Viewings – After shortlisting the properties, I can either pre-visit the properties, or arrange for videos to be sent to you, and arrange viewings for you from there.
4. Negotiation - Once you’ve found the perfect property, my partnering company can help with the negotiation, bring in the professionals (plannning consultants, architects, solicitors etc) and manage the purchase process through to completion.
